Phototour Ararat and Aragats

Description

We invite you to a unique photo tour, where we will photograph two mountain symbols of Armenia – Mount Ararat and Mount Araagats. First, we will go to the Kasakh Gorge, near the Saghmosavank Monastery, from where we will photograph a beautiful view of the gorge with a view of Ararat. After that, we will climb Mount Aragats, where we will photograph the Amberd Fortress with a view of Ararat. And after that, we will photograph a beautiful view of the “four-domed” Araragts.

At different times of the year, the route may change slightly and adapt to current weather conditions. For example, in winter, the road to the Amberd Fortress is closed.

Program

Saghmosavank — Amberd — Aparan

  • Early departure
  • Shooting Ararat from Saghmosavank monastery
  • Then we will climb to a height of 2300 m to the Amberd fortress and shoot Ararat from there
  • After which we will shoot Mount Aragats, many beautiful angles of the 4-headed beauty
  • lunch
  • Also, at your request, we can stop by one of the wineries in the area and taste wonderful wine
  • Return to Yerevan
