Description
Mount Yeranos is located just 30 km from Yerevan. You can see it on the way to Garni. Yeranos has 1824 m above sea level. The hike to the top of Mount Yeranos is one of the most beautiful, characterized by bright semi-desert rocky landscapes somewhat reminiscent of Mars. The length of the route is about 20 km. From here you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the Azat Gorge and the reservoir, and in clear weather you can enjoy beautiful views of Ararat and Aragats.
