Description
We are inviting horse and horseback riding lovers to the most interesting tour across the hidden corners of Armenia. You will get acquainted with Tavush region, with those places where one cannot reach with modern vehicle. You will understand what were feeling our ancentors while traveling with horses.
You will receive positive vibes from these wonderful animals. Join this magical tour!
Program
Day 1: Yerevan – Yenokavan
- Arrival to Yerevan
- Transfer to Yenokavan (2 hours)
- Hotel accommodation
- Dinner
- Rest
Day 2: Yenokavan – Lastiver
- Breakfast
- Acquaintance with the horses, little course in the riding hall
- 1.5 hour tour – it will get us to a church discovered only in 2008. Easy tour with ups and downs through mountain meadows, then return to the hotel to have lunch
- In the second half of the day we will have a trekking to the caves of Lastiver as well as a beautiful mountain river and waterfall
- Lunch – barbeque – party on the bank of the river
Day 3: Yenokavan – Okon
- Breakfast
- Riding from Yenokavan to Okon (3 hours)
- Lunch in a mountain bee-garden. You can also do fishing and swim in the river. Trekking to a curative spring of water
- Dinner
- Overnight stop in a stony house in Okon for the night
Day 4: Berzener – Kamut – Okon
- Breakfast
- Riding from Bernezer to Kamut – Okon (meadows, woods, rivers). These places seem ideal for horseback riding tours.
- Lunch near spring of water, after we will return to Okon (3.5-4 hours)
- Dinner
- Overnight stop in Okon
Day 5: Okon – Yenokavan
- Breakfast
- Returning to Yenokavan (through a new road) which will take around 4 hours. Lunch near spring Yetaghbyur (healing waters give youth and strength)
- Dinner
- Free time
- Collecting gear and stuff
- Transfer to Yerevan (2 hours)
