Phototour Spring - Summer 5 days

Program

Day 1: Yerevan

• Arrival in Yerevan
• Meeting at the airport, accommodation at the hotel
• Sightseeing tour of Yerevan
• Welcome dinner
• Free time

Day 2: Khor Virap – Ararat – Noravank – Tatev

• Another early rise
• Photography of the dawn Ararat against the backdrop of the Khor Virap monastery.
• We continue our journey. And incomparable poppy fields await us, Ararat following on our heels and small artificial lakes.
• Next we go to the Vayots Dzor region. Where we will have lunch at a winery with a tasting of wonderful wine and a short rest.
• After which we go to photograph the Noravank monastery, which is surrounded by unique red rocks.
• In the evening we will arrive in Tatev

Day 3: Tatev – Goris – Yeghegis

• Early rise, photographing the sunrise over the Tatev Monastery
• Then we will have breakfast and a short rest
• Then we will take a short trek along the Vorotan Gorge to the Tatev Hermitage Monastery. And we will head towards one of the most beautiful cities in Armenia – Goris, making many stops along the way for photography
• Then we will arrive in Goris, where we will have lunch
• Then we will photograph Goris with its beautiful cliffs
• In the evening we will arrive in the village of Yeghegis, where we will spend the night in a small hotel with a very beautiful view of the mountains, along the way we will also photograph one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Armenia – the Shake waterfall. 

Day 4: Smbataberd Fortress — Lake Sevan — Yerevan

• Breakfast
• After which we will go by SUV to the IV-V century Smbataberd Fortress
• Then we will go along a very beautiful pass to Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-mountain lakes in the world. We will drive along the shore and take pictures of the most beautiful Sevan landscapes. We will also stop in the village of Noratus, where the largest cemetery of khachkars in Armenia is located
• Lunch
• In the evening we will return to Yerevan

Day 5: Garni — Geghard

• Very early rise. We will meet the dawn not far from Yerevan on the road to Garni, where we will shoot the sunrise over Mount Ararat.
• Next we go to the village of Garni itself, where we will shoot the ancient monastery, and also walk along the beautiful gorge to the natural wonder of the “Symphony of Stones”
• After shooting Garni, we will go to neighboring Geghard, where we will see a beautiful monastery, part of which is carved into the rock. We will shoot the monastery against the backdrop of the rocks, and also take photos inside the monastery.
• Lunch, then return to Yerevan.
• Transfer to the airport
