Description
Travel-Armenia organizes corporate travel and MICE events and provides professional DMC services throughout Armenia. We work directly with companies and corporate clients, as well as with travel agencies, tour operators and event organizers looking for a reliable local partner in Armenia.
We organize corporate tours, incentive programs, conferences, business trips, team-building activities and special events. Our team can arrange hotels and venues, transportation, catering, excursions, activities, technical support and entertainment programs.
Armenia is particularly well suited for MICE travel thanks to the relatively short distances between its main destinations. Business programs can be organized both in Yerevan and at hotels and resorts throughout the country, while conferences and business meetings can easily be combined with sightseeing, gastronomic experiences, winery visits and outdoor activities.
Every program is designed individually — from a small corporate getaway to the complete organization and ground handling of a large group.
Travel-Armenia provides comprehensive ground handling services in Armenia for travel companies, corporate travel agencies, tour operators and group organizers.
We can manage the entire trip from the moment your guests arrive at the airport until their departure: itinerary planning, accommodation, transportation, professional guides, restaurants, events, excursions and special activities.
We work as a local DMC and incoming partner in Armenia, providing reliable on-the-ground support for both groups and individual clients of our partners.
Program
We Organize:
Compact geography. Within just a few days, a business program in Yerevan can easily be combined with the mountains, Lake Sevan, Dilijan or Armenia’s wine regions.
A wide variety of experiences. From conferences and gala dinners to jeep tours, wine evenings, cooking classes and outdoor team-building activities.
Food and wine. Armenian cuisine and wine are among the highlights of corporate and incentive programs in Armenia and can become an important part of the overall experience.
Diverse venues. Modern hotels and restaurants in Yerevan, wineries, countryside resorts and unique outdoor locations provide a wide range of options for events of different formats.
Travel-Armenia has been operating in Armenia since 2015. We know the local hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, venues and activity providers and can bring all the elements of a corporate trip together into one complete program.
Each group has a dedicated coordinator who manages the organization of the trip and works directly with local suppliers throughout the program.
We work with both small corporate groups and large events, and also provide complete ground handling services for international partners looking for a reliable DMC in Armenia.
