A day among the mountains, forests and gorges of Tavush — with heights, speed and real adventure. Located in the village of Yenokavan, Yell Extreme Park is one of Armenia’s best-known destinations for outdoor activities and a great choice for travelers looking for something more active than a traditional sightseeing tour.

The main adventure of the day is ziplining over the scenic gorge, but there are plenty of other activities to choose from. Depending on your interests, you can go horseback riding through the surrounding mountains, try rock climbing and other activities, or, if time allows, take a short hike towards the famous Lastiver Gorge.

A tour to Yell Extreme Park is a great way to swap monasteries and museums for mountains, adrenaline and outdoor adventure for a day — before returning to Yerevan in the evening.

Program

Yerevan – Yenokavan – Yerevan

  • Morning departure from Yerevan towards Yenokavan, located in the mountains of Tavush.
  • Arrival at Yell Extreme Park.
  • Time for activities in the park. Depending on personal preferences, available options include:
    – Ziplining over the gorge
    – Horseback riding
    – Rock climbing
    – Other outdoor activities available at the park
  • Lunch.
  • If time allows, a short hike towards Lastiver Gorge can be arranged.
  • Return to Yerevan in the evening.
