Conference & Forum Organization in Armenia

Description

Travel-Armenia organizes conferences, forums, seminars, business meetings and other corporate events in Armenia. We can handle individual organizational tasks or provide complete event management — from venue selection and accommodation to transportation, catering and programs for participants.

Business events can be held in Yerevan or other regions of Armenia — at city hotels, conference centers, countryside resorts or resort hotels. We select the most suitable venue based on the number of participants, technical requirements, event format, accommodation needs and budget.

We can arrange technical equipment, airport transfers and transportation, coffee breaks, lunches, receptions and gala dinners. If required, we can also provide participant registration services, interpreters, coordinators and additional event staff.

The business program can be combined with corporate activities and travel around Armenia — including sightseeing tours, gastronomic experiences, wine tastings, workshops, outdoor activities or a special event for participants.

Every conference or forum is organized individually according to the client’s objectives, requirements and group format.

Conference + Travel in Armenia

A business trip to Armenia does not have to end with the final conference session. For conference and forum participants, we can arrange an additional program — from a short sightseeing tour and gala dinner to several days of travel around Armenia.

 

Depending on the duration of the trip, the program can include Lake Sevan and Dilijan, Garni and Geghard, visits to Armenian wineries, gastronomic workshops, outdoor activities or corporate events in unique natural settings.

 

For accompanying family members or guests, we can arrange a separate sightseeing program while the conference is taking place.
