Armenia simplifies entry for vaccinated foreigners

The Armenian authorities have adopted a law that makes it easier for foreigners who have been vaccinated against coronavirus to enter the country. This decision was made on May 6th.

From now on, foreign citizens who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 coronavirus infection will be able to enter Armenia without passing a negative PCR test. It will be enough to present a certificate of vaccination.

I also stated this. about. Minister of Health of Armenia Anahit Avanesyan – citizens who have passed two vaccinations and received a certificate will be relieved of the need to provide a negative PCR test for infection upon entering the country.

This decision of the Armenian authorities will allow the vaccinated citizens of Russia to slightly ease their troubles for traveling to Armenia. Because upon returning to Russia from any other country, citizens of the Russian Federation have recently been required to pass two PCR tests. And this applies even to vaccinated citizens.

In Armenia itself, vaccination is only gaining momentum. AstraZenica vaccines and the Russian Sputnik V were brought to the republic.

Mobile points for vaccination of citizens are beginning to open in Yerevan. It is planned to create as many such points as possible.
