Forbes has published a list of the 10 most favorite restaurants of 2021.
The rating includes 10 restaurants from around the world. For the first time, the Armenian restaurant “Tsaghkunk”, located in the settlement of the same name, not far from Lake Sevan, an hour’s drive from the capital of Armenia, Yerevan, also entered the top ten.
Michelin star Mads Refslund’s gastro-dinner was organized at Tsaghkunk to place Armenia on the culinary map of the world.
The restaurant was remembered by the authors of the article for its original and simple serving of dishes.
Armenian cuisine is very ancient and unique. It has many authentic recipes with plenty of variety in both meat and vegetarian dishes. It is difficult to single out any one national dish, here everyone will find something for themselves.
